A few weeks ago, Will finally convinced us it was time to get rid of his swaddle. Since Sam and I have a video monitor, luckily we saw it on the monitor first and got a real good laugh in before I went in to "rescue" our little man. Here is what we found:
Yes...you're right. He worked so hard to free himself from the swaddle that somehow he got his entire arm out of his long-sleeved jammies! Haha! 
Hmmm...that's funny. I remember J getting out of his swaddle, but I don't remember the removal of clothes until he was older. LOL!!
